We have been informed by TPP that they are experiencing technical difficulties with their DNS servers which is currently effecting a number of their services.
As soon as we have an update we'll share this with you.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
The TPP technical team have restored the DNS services and have been monitoring them for about 2 hours now.
They can see that the affected domain names are now starting to resolve again.
If you were experiencing issues earlier today it should be safe for you to log back into JobFile now and continue with your work.
