JobFile

JobFile Registration is designed to set up a new account for your business not to add a new user. To add a new user, log into your account and create a user.

If you have already been sent tasks by a builder you will need to register your account using the same email address that the builder uses for you.

Steps:

Go to the JobFile Login page and click on the button 'Sign Up Free' 

1. Enter your company name
2. Select your *company type; (see below information per company type) and a sub type (if applicable); 
3. Enter your contact name; title, first and last name
4. Enter your email address (other email addresses can be linked to your account after registration)
5. Enter a password (you cannot use 'password')
6. Confirm password
7. Click 'Next'
8. Read the terms and conditions and tick the check box 
9. Click 'Confirm'
10. You will receive on onscreen notification and then an email notification for verification of your email address, click 'Verify'

    *Company Types:

    Builders: Please register your account and then follow the instructions in the documentation provided if you wish to register for the API.
    
    

    Suppliers: If you have already been issued callup's from a ClickHome Builder with a JobFile link please ensure you use this same email address for registration of your account. (Multiple email addresses can be added to an account post registration).
    
    

    Trades: If you have already been issued callup's from a ClickHome Builder with a JobFile link please ensure you use this same email address for registration of your account.  (Multiple email addresses can be added to an account post registration).
    
    

    Supply & Install Companies: If you have already been issued callup's from a ClickHome Builder with a JobFile link please ensure you use this same email address for registration of your account.  (Multiple email addresses can be added to an account post registration).
    
    

    Council's: Please register your account and then follow the instructions in the documentation provided if you wish to register for the API.
    
    

    Utility Companies: Please register your account and then follow the instructions in the documentation provided if you wish to register for the API.
    
    

    Other: If your company doesn't fall into one of the above types please select other. Feel free to then follow our help links which will walk you through the system.
