If you are having issue with receiving emails in your inbox, or they are being filtered into your spam mail, you may need to add the JobFile email and your designated ClickHome email to the whitelist.
Each service provider has their own way to whitelist emails. See below for some common service providers.
Please add the following Job File email address to your safe/trusted sender list. noreply@system.jobfile.com.au
Bigpond
Below are the steps taken by a Bigpond account holder to resolve the issue:
- Sign into your Telstra Account (https://www.myservices.telstra.com.au/)
- Go to the top Menu Bar and select Webmail
- Press the Menu Bar next to the email address, top left (its square made of 3 rows of 3 dots)
- Select Mail
- Scroll down to Manage Spam and click on Edit
- Where it says Allow email addresses and domains (one per line): type in the email address
- Click on Save and you’re done!
Gmail
Below are the steps taken by a Gmail account holder to add an email to their whitelist.
- Log in to Gmail (https://www.google.com/intl/en/gmail/about/)
- Click on the gear icon.
- Select "Settings" or "See all settings".
- Select "Filters and Blocked Addresses".
- Create a new filter.
- Add a specific email or a whole domain in the "From" field.
- Click "Create filter".
- Check "Never send it to Spam" in the checkbox.
Yahoo
Below are the steps taken by a Yahoo account holder to add an email to their whitelist.
- Launch Yahoo and login to your account. (https://login.yahoo.com/ )
- Click the Settings icon on the right side of the window.
- Choose More settings from the list of options available.
- Now, click Filters from the left pane.
- Click Add new filters.
- Next, type in a name for the filter you are creating and set filter values.
- For instance, in the From section, you can choose ‘Contains’ as the filter criterion and then type in the email address of the sender in the text field for the filter value. You can enter words you think will show up in targeted sender emails, and you can filter them out.
- Pick a folder that you want these emails to go to.
- Once you are done, click Save to create the filter.
Outlook/Live
Below are the steps taken by an Outlook/Live account holder to add an email to their whitelist.
- Log into your Outlook account (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/outlook/log-in)
- On the View tab, select The Settings icon. View settings.
- Select Mail > Junk email.
- Under Safe senders and domains, select Add.
- Enter the full email name or domain name, then press Enter.
