Open your invoice from the; Invoice List, the Job Details page or Task details page

You can edit it in different ways depending whether is in Draft or it has been Issued.


Draft:

  1. Change any details click Save
  2. Send / Issue my invoice
  3. Link tasks
  4. Unlink tasks
  5. Add supporting attachments
  6. Edit / Delete supporting attachments
  7. Change Reminder settings
  8. Delete my invoice
  9. Copy my invoice


Issued:

  1. Enter payment amount
  2. Change the status
  3. Copy my invoice
  4. Print my invoice
  5. Cancel my invoice
